60 + days : Full refund minus $250 non- refundable admin fee
30 - 60 days Subject to 50 % of total fee in the event that we fill your spot you will receive a full refund minus an admin. Fee of $250
30 days or less no refund
In the event that you need to cancel, if you can fill your own spot, no administration fee will be charged, otherwise the above policy will be applied.

With that in mind no drugs or alcohol of any kind are permitted at the retreat.
